Anjuman PUC II result; Girls fare better than boys

AnjumanBhatkal 7th May 2013 / Press Release / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: PUC II Results for Anjuman PU College and Anjuman PU College for women indicate that girls continued to leave behind their counterparts. In the commerce section of Anjuman PU College, 103 students appeared for the PUC II exam and out of them, 89 have cleared the examination, recording a pass percentage of 86.40%. Science section recorded a pass percentage of 62.79% and out of 43 students, 27 have passed in the examination. Arts section recorded a pass percentage of 42.10% wherein 19 students appeared in the exam and 8 have passed. Mohammed Shaarif s/o Mohammed Iqbal Kazia topped the Commerce section of Anjuman PU college with 93.66% and Mohammed Yusuf s/o Mohammed Yakub Ruknuddin topped the science section with 81.50%. In the commerce section of Anjuman PU College for women, 82 students appeared for the exam and out of them, 78 have cleared the examination, recording a pass percentage of 95.00%. Science section recorded a pass percentage of 76.00% and out of 55 students, 42 have passed. Arts section recorded a pass percentage of 87.00% wherein 116 students appeared for the exam and 101 have passed. Ume Haraam d/o Mohammed Aslam topped the commerce section of Anjuman PU college for women with 90.33%, Fatima Safa d/o Mohammed Ashraf Ruknuddin topped the science section with 89.00% and Saubia d/o Mohammed Jameel Mohatisham topped the arts section with 91.00%.
