Anjuman PU College for women organise 'Mother's carnival'

Bhatkal 23 December 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal's Anjuman Pre-University College for women, organised a set of competitions themed 'Mother's carnival' in a bid to provide the mothers of the students to showcase their skills and talents, here at its campus on December 23, Sunday. The day which belonged to the mother had several events and competitions including Cake decoration (themed Anjuman), Dinner table decoration, Hair style competition, and Ikebana, followed by Seerat quiz, Anjuman Quiz, one minute shows and lucky draw. The mother showcased their skills and talents and impressed all the guests and visitors in the respective events they participated in. Hameeda Basha Damudi, was invited as the chief guest of the event, which was also a part of Anjuman pre-centenary celebrations, as the organisation heads towards celebrating 100 years of imparting education and service in coastal Karnataka. The centenary celebrations are set to kick start from January 5, 2019 with a inaugural event which is expected to be graced by several prominent personalities and leaders including, Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy.
