Anjuman holds orientation programme for new engg students

Bhatkal: Anjuman Institute of Technology & Management conducted the orientation programme for the first year engineering students. Many students and their parents who had come from many parts of the country attended the program.
It was a one day programme where the parents and the new students were informed about the rules, regulations and were shown the facilities, laboratories, workshops and the college hostel.
The program started with an inaugural function where the principal and members of faculty introduced themselves and explained the facilities available and the outstanding achievements of the College over the years..
This year function was attended by many engineering college ex-students from Bhatkal who were on vacation. Mr. Arshad Kadli and Saqqaf Sameer were guest of honour and they addressed the gathering. Senior students of final year also praised the staffs and facilities available in the college.
The members of Anjuman management also attended the function. Addressing the gathering, Anjuman General Secretary Jukaku Abdul Rahim informed that the College not only produces good engineers who are best placed and have become successful in their profession but the students are also trained to be good citizens and good Muslims.
Anjuman Vice President Kasimji Ansar presided over the function. Janab Kasimji Abubaker Secretary AITM was also present on the dais.
Anjuman hopes that the new batch also successfully completes their engineering education and become good engineers as well as good citizens and play a vital role in the society.
