Anjuman Girls English Medium High School (AGEMHS) organises arts and crafts events for students

Bhatkal 20 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen's Anjuman Girls English Medium High School Nawayath colony organised several arts and crafts competitions for its students over the last two days on different themes, here at its campus.
On Sunday November 18, Banner designing competition on the theme of Anjuman's centenary celebrations was organised along with Science working model competition on the same day. On Monday November 19, Eco friendly bags designing competition was organised followed by Canvas painting competition the same day.

Students on both days came up with wonderful presentations showcasing their creativity and hidden talent. Speaking to Bhatkallys.com School's Head Mistress Saba Damda added "We organised these programs to bring out the hidden talents of our students, and rightly so they have shown their creativity, talent and abilities in the best possible manners we could have expected. I am glad that students participated in the event and showcased their talents. I congratulate all of them irrespective of they secured prizes or not, there participation is all that matter for us as the school management". "They have used scrapped clothes and other stuffs to make those Eco-friendly bags, which is an testament to their creativity and talents" Saba further added. The competition were divided into class based categories and prizes were announced accordingly. Eco-friendly bags designing: In Eco-friendly bags design competition in std eighth category Azka Erum D/O Mohammed Anwar Khateeb bagged first place followed by Shura D/O Mohammed Bilal Shahid and Muskaan D/O Mohammed Hassan Byari sharing the second place while Aysha Mahek D/O Inayatulla Gawai and Khatija Saniya D/O Mohammed Sufiyan Shabandri shared third place. Kulsum Qavi D/O Syed Abdul Qavi and Sara Rufi  D/O Rayeez Ahmed Lanka secured first place in std IXth category, Maryam Qunooth D/O Mohammed Rizwan Asarmatha and Asila D/O Abuzar Kashimji shared second place while third place was shared by Fathima Shabandari D/O Abdulla Shabandri and Suha Lamish D/O Mohammed Rafiq. Shamshunnisa D/O Shabaz Ahmed Ekkeri bagged first place in Xth std category in the competition, Nawal D/O Syed Essa and Saniya D/O Syed Noorul Ameen Kazim were the joint runners-up, while Lulu Haji Faqqui D/O Mohammed Ameen Haji Faqqui bagged third place. Science Working Model: Shura D/O Mohammed Bilal Shahid bagged first place in std VIII category followed by Akrami Bushral Khair D/O - Mohammed Akram and Taqdees Anam D/O Sayed Madani at second and third place respectively. In std IXth category Uzma Samreen D/O Aijaaz Ahmed, secured first place, Kulsum Qavi D/O Syed Abdul Qavi and Maryam Qunooth D/O Mohammed Rizwaan Asarmath shared the second spot and while Sumaiyya Banu D/O Sadiq Shaika and Shams Umama D/O Riyaz Ahmed Manna bagged third place in the category. In std Xth category Hajira Aifa D/O Abdul Salam Ruknuddin bagged first place, Saniya D/O Syed Noorul Amin Kazmi and Usqua D/O Mohammed Ashraf Muallim bagged runner-up spot and Muskaan R D/O Muneer Ahmed Hanchanmani secured third place. Canvas Painting: Fatima Hira D/O Noorul Ameen Fakardey, secured first place in std VIII category, Muskan D/O Mohammed Hassan Byari and Shura D/O Mohammed Bilal Shahid bagged second place while Khatija Saniya D/O Mohammed Sufyan and Maryam Isra D/O Mubeen Ahmed Siddiqua bagged third place. In class IX, Sumayya Banu D/O Sadiq Shaikha emerged winner, Sara Rufi D/O Rayees Ahmed Lanka was awarded runner-up position while Hafsa Farheen D/O Anwar Basha and Amina D/O Mohammed Faiz Ruknuddin shared the third spot. Aisha Afreen D/O Muhammad Javaid won first place in class Xth category followed by Fathima Mehroz D/O Mudassir Kashimji and Sabahath  D/O Mohammed Sadique Mulla at second place and Hafsa Khulud Pilloor D/O Abdul Hafiz Pilloor and Hajeera Ainaaz D/O Mohammed Asif Ruknuddin at third position. Banner designing competition: Banner designing competition on the theme of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal's centenary celebrations that is set to begin later this year was also organised. The competition was not divided into categories and was organised as a inter-class competition. Saniya of D/O Syed Noorul Ameen Kazmi, Grade Xth A bagged first place in the competition while Ainaaz D/O Mohammed Asif Ruknuddin of Xth A and Aysha Shaza D/O Firdous Ahmed Shabandri bagged second and third place respectively.
