Anjuman election concludes; winners announced

Bhatkal - 20 June 2011: Much anticipated elections to elect 23 executive members concluded yesterday here at Anjumn Hami-e-Muslimeen office, Bhatkal. There were total 32 candidates in the fray. Around 70% polling was recorded which started in the morning 9:00 am and closed at 5:00 pm.
The election commissioner Mr Abdubaker Kasimji supervised the entire process with the support of others and the winners were announced after counting of votes ended in the night.
