Anjuman Degree College wins KUD Inter-zonal Cricket Tournament

Bhatkal/Belgaum - 12 April 2011: Anjuman Degree College registered historic win by defeating KCD College, Dharwad in the final of KUD Inter-zonal Cricket Tournament held here at Hindalco Grounds, Belgaum.

In the final match, KCD College, Dharwad won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 109 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 25 overs. Chasing the target of 110 runs for victory, Anjuman reached the target by losing 7 wickets in 20th over. This was the first ever Inter-zonal Tournament victory for Anjuman.

On this occasion Anjuman management, Principal, Staff and students have congratulated the Cricket team.
