Anil Kumble and Zaheer Khan expected in Bhatkal; celebrities to attend Kabaddi tournament

Zaorez Shabab Bhatkal 09 Jan 2018: Legendary Cricketers Anil Kumble and Zaheer Khan will be part of the Katteveera State Level Kabbadi tournament that will be organized from Jan 19-21 in Bhatkal. The event was announced on Jan 02 in a press conference at a private hotel by the office bearers of the club and soon there were videos going viral claiming Anil Kumble, Javagal Srinath, Shabbir Bapu Sharfudheen, Pradeep Narwal and other sports personalities to be the guests during the tournament. To confirm the report Bhatkallys.com tried to contact office bearers of the club and spoke with Shridhar Naik president of the Katteveera Sport Club, who confirmed that Anil Kumble, Pradeep Narwal, Zaheer Khan and prominent bollywood singer Shankar Mahadevan will attend the tournament as guests, while National level pro-Kabbadi players including Shabbir Bapu Sharfudheen and others will attend the tournament as players. Teams like SBI, Vijaya Bank, Custom Railway, MEG Army, Team Dakshin Kannada and others along with two Uttar Kannada teams will participate in the tournament. The club has requested people to turn out in numbers and make the event a grand success.
