ANFA HITZ T-20 Tournament concludes

Bhatkal - 06 Dec 2011: ANFA HITZ T-20 Cricket Tournament concluded with the host Anfa 'A' clinching the trophy in the final encounter against Anfa B. The match was played at Kola Ground, Jali Road, Bhatkal.

Anfa B won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 162/5 with the contribution of Faisal 51 and Sayim 42. In reply Anfa A reached the target in the 17th over with opening batsman, Imran Lanka hitting the fastest fifty of the tournament. He took just 14 balls to blast his half century.

The closing ceremony was graced by Bhatkal MLA, Mr JD Naik, Bhatkal DySP, Mr M Narayan and TMC President, Mr Inayatullah Shabandri.

The award details are as follows,

1. Man of the match (Final), Imran Lanka - Rs 1000 + Trophy
2. Man of the series, Sayim from ANFA(A) - Rs 2000+ Trophy
3. Best batsmen, Fauzan from Royal Sports Center - Rs 1000 + Trophy
4. Best bowler, Mohsin from Moon Star - Rs1000 + Trophy
