Anand Ashram Convent School office burgled

Bhatkal - 06 July 2011: A burglary incident has been reported on Monday here at Anand Ashram Convent School office which is located off Sagar Road on Monday. According to the sources, thieves reportedly broke into the office on Sunday night and escaped with Rs 10,000 cash. Following this incident, one day holiday was declared in the school.

Police team led by DySP Mr M Narayan visited the school and inspected the office. Special dog squad and finger print experts from Karwar have been invited and a massive manhunt was launched to arrest the robbers.
