All India women NGOs to protest against Triple Talaq bill on Jan 29

All India Women NGO's Meet on the theme "Triple Talaq Bill Women's Perspective", will be organised at Constitution Club of India, Rafi Marg in New Delhi on Monday, 29th January 2018. The conference is being organised by Muslim Mahila Research Kendra. The program is expected to start at 1:30 pm and will go on till 4:00 pm. Senior Lady Advocates, Social Reformers, Socail Scientists from across the country would participate in the deliberations. Intellectual women, Lady Scholars, Social Activists and students are requested to attend the meet. This meet would be the platform for all women to speak on the bill passed by government against Triple Talaq issue. Many eminent speakers are likely to attend the meet including Adv. Flavia Agnes- supreme court lawyer and social activist, Ms R. Ovia Periyarist of Tamilnadu, Mrs. Shalini Jhadav of Hyderabad, Mrs. Yasmeen Farooqi of Rajasthan, Mrs. Uzma Alam of west Bengal and many others. Mrs. Fatima Muzaffar, Joint Convener Women NGO'S Meet is likely to welcome the meet while Dr. Asma Zohra, Director MMRK will brief on opening statement of NGO'S Meet.
