AITM student creates history, becomes first student in VTU to score 100 marks in Chemistry

Bhatkal 30 July 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) A student of Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) Computer Science branch, Fatima Farwa became the first student in the history of Visvesvaraya Technological University to score full 100 marks in Chemistry examination for second semester, thereby creating history and making her parents, institution and the community proud.
The overall performance of Farwa, was also excellent as she scored an aggregate of 640 marks in the semester out of 700 marks with SGPA of 9.5, while scoring full 100 in what is considered to be the toughest subject in Engineering stream (Chemistry) to top the college.
Aysha Raheen and Aysha Fida scored 636 and 635 marks respectively to bag second and third position in the college in the examinations that were held in June-July 2018.
The Management Principal Dr M A Bhavikatti, Vice Principal Prof H M Phalachandra, First year coordinator Prof Zafrullah, Computer Science Prof Bhagwath and other staffs lauded the efforts of Farwa, while also congratulating all the other students who cleared the examinations.
