Air India to change curtains in all aircraft

New Delhi, July 19 (ANI): Air India is all set to change curtains in all aircraft for flyers to "feel good" as curtains in its nearly 126 fleets are old-fashioned. According to sources, curtain change will cost Air India around 10,000 per fleet. New Chairman and Managing (CMD) Ashwani Lohani took the decision to change curtains in all fleets immediately as they are more than 10 years old. The new CMD wanted to change Air India's reputation as soon as possible, said sources. Air India Senior Manager Dhananjay Kumar told ANI, "The colours and design are finalised by the CMD, and old curtains will be replaced soon. The new colour would be a mixture of maroon and yellow." As of now AI's each flight have six curtains. Top official sources said AI is also will planning to change star alliance logo and many more to attract travellers. The process is underway, they added.
