AIMCA holds program on Entrepreneurship

September 26 2014 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Anjuman Institute of Management and Computer Application (AIMCA) organized a panel interaction on -Small Scale Industries- in its seminar hall on 25th September, Thursday. Giving the keynote address, Prof. Shastri of AITM said, "A successful entrepreneur should have few basic qualities and they are self-confidence, love for their work, courage, patience, communication skill, time consciousness and utilization of resources available." "The problem with us is that we love others work and not ours", he added. Talking in the panel interaction, a well-known entrepreneur of Bhatkal Mr. Ibrahim said, "I request the teachers to take their students for exclusive industrial visit so that they can get an idea about what business to start and how to start." Talking about the labor problem, he said, "Labour problem is not only the problem of Bhatkal but entire India. The best way to solve this is to modernize the industries." Mr. Abdullah, an entrepreneur from Shiroor talking in the panel discussion said, "I started my business with zero capital. I availed the facilities provided by the government and other technical consultancies and started my business and it is now running successfully." Many question pertaining to establishment of new industries were answered and the students participated enthusiastically in the discussion and learned a lot from the experience shared by the guests. Aheed Mohtesham, Javed Armar, Jameel Shaikh were present apart from the other panelist. The program started with the recitation of Quran by Abdul Badi. Welcome note was given by Sayed Ilhan. Gaanim Mohtesham was the coordinator of the event as well as the panel interaction. The program was compered by Sarfaraz Hussain. The vote of thanks was delivered by Principal of the institute Mr. Mohsin K. The students of BBA and BCA department were present along the Alumni of the institute.
