Agricultural exhibition kicks off in Bhatkal

November 24, 2015 | Rizwan Gangavaly | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: In a bid to create awareness on farming and agriculture, an exhibition showcasing artifacts and demonstrations relating to agriculture and farming was kicked off today in Bhatkal. The exhibition was inaugurated by Bhatkal MLA Mankal Vaidya at Police Ground. A grand rally was organized in Bhatkal prior to the exhibition. This exhibition is a part of Sri Kashitra Dharmasthala Rural Development’s famed “Krishi mela” that will be held on Sunday November 29 at Police Ground in Bhatkal. Ex-MLA J D Naik and other dignitaries were present in the inaugural ceremony. - ARF
