After HESCOM, Tanzeem now approaches AC

22nd June 2015 | Rizwan Gangavaly | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: After approaching HESCOM for constancy in power during the month of Ramadan four days ago, a delegation consisting of members from Majlise Islah Wa Tanzeem now approached the Assistant Commissioner of Bhatkal Mr. Chadanand Vithare as they sensed their previous appeal fell on deaf ears. Expressing displeasure on the ordinary treatment given to memorandum handed over to HESCOM four days ago, the fresh appeal said that power is being interrupted frequently citing trivial reasons. Explaining the importance and virtue of the month of Ramadan and its times when prayers are held, the members complained that the power is interrupted specifically at those times triggering ire in public. In the end, they requested the AC to look into this matter immediately and take a quick action on it. The delegation comprised Tanzeem Vice President S M Parvez, General Secretary Altaf Kharoori, Abdullah Damudi, D F Siddique, Maulana Azeezur Rehman Nadvi and others. -ARF
