Accident on Gorte Cross, 2 severly injured

30th June 2013 / Rizwan Ganguly / Bhatkallys News Two persons sustained severe injuries when their bikes collided near Gorte Cross on NH-66. This incident took place at around 7:00 pm today. The injured have been identified as Nagraj Ganpati Moger and Zafar Ali Kharoori, a resident of Moosa Nagar. According to sources, Ganpati was heading towards Shirur and Zafar Ali Khan was travelling towards Bhatkal when their bikes collided. Immediately after the accident they were taken to Bhatkal Government Hospital and provided crucial medical aid. Thereafter, Ganpati was sent to Manipal and Zafar Ali Khan to Kundapur. This case has been registered at Bhatkal Rural Police Station.
