Academic award for top students in Bhatkal

Bhatkallys News | Rizwan Gangavali | July 21 2016 Bhatkal :Celebrating the academic achievers of Bhatkal community, a series of accolades and awards will be presented on July 31 at the annual Rabita Awards. This year, a separate award ceremony will be hosted for girls with Dr Asma Zohra invited as a chief guest. Dr Asma serves as an executive member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board. Dr Aliya Nazneen will preside over the girls award ceremony, which is expected to start at 3pm on 29th July. Announcing details of the new format for Rabita Award, Mohiddin Ruknuddin, General Secretary of Bhatkal Muslim Khaleej Council interacted with journalists to share further information. The awarding ceremony for boys will be hosted at 10 AM on 31st July in the presence of Moulana Mufti Mohammed Ibrahim from Sri Lanka. The event is open to all and serves to be an inspiration to many young students who aspire to set the benchmark in education higher every year. (Bhatkallys News Service)
