ABVP holds demonstration in Bhatkal

Bhatkal - 11 August 2011: Students' organization, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) recently held a demonstration against corruption in UPA Govt here at Bhatkal. The protestors shouted slogans, displayed placards and temporarily blocked NH-17 near Shamsuddin Circle.

Speaking on the occasion, local ABVP leader, Mr Manjappa Naik said, 'We are conducting series of demonstration at different places to create awareness among general public against large scale corruption in the country.'
