Abdul Salam Murder: Tanzeem delegation meets police officials demanding immediate arrest of killers

Bhatkal - 14 Sep 2011: Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem delegation under the leadership of Mr Parvez Kasimji visited Bhatkal Police Station and inquired about the progress made by the department in the brutal murder of Abdul Salam Damda, whose decomposed body was recovered from Kumta forest on September 11.

Speaking on this occasion, Bhatkal CPI, Mr Shiv Prakash assured that, the investigation is heading towards right direction and the killers will be caught very soon. He said several special teams have been setup and we are investigating different angles to collect strong evidence to nab the killers.

On this occasion family members of late Abdul Salam were also present.
