A pig attacks an elderly man in Marukere

21st April 13 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Today morning at around 6 am, a pig attacked an elderly man in Marukere area causing him serious injuries. He has been identified as Gangadhar Achari (50). According to sources, he had gone to water trees in his Beetel tree farm when a pig that was already present there attacked him. As a result, he received serious injuries. Soon after the attack he was rushed to the Government hospital where he was provided appropriate medical treatment.
