72 year Bhatkalli athlete in national level games

Bhatkal, Nov 30, (Bhatkallys News): "The secret of my health is to wake up early every morning and practice the art of yoga," says 72 year old Abdul Wahab D.F. who was recently selected as one of the oldest athletes to represent Karnataka in a national level athletics competition.

Wahab, who hails from Bhatkal, has previously won various local, district and state-level competitions. His latest win at the Hoskote Athletic Meet in the 800m and 1600m discipline guarantees him a position in the national level athletic meet which will be hosted in Chandigarh in February 2011.
