2-day holidays declared in Karnataka

Bangalore - Karnataka government on Tuesday declared a two-day holiday for schools and colleges on September 30 and October 1 in view of the Allahabad court's scheduled pronouncement of verdict on Ayodhya title suit dispute on Thursday.

The announcement also said that the prohibitory orders will be imposed for 48 hours in the state on September 30 and October 1 to deal with any untoward incidents
