2 boys drowns in Murdeshwar sea

Bhatkal - 15 July 2012: Two boys from Haveri who were on a trip to Murdeshwar along with their fiends, drowned while swimming in the sea. They have been identified as Dadapeer (17) and Abu Mohammed Hussain (15). The search operation is still on to trace the bodies.

Murdeshwar sea is considered as safe compared to other beaches but the tourist coming from distant places are generally not aware of the nature of the sea and become a victim of its waves.

It may be noted that, 21 tourists died in Murdeshwar sea since 2005.
