16-year-old girl reportedly commits suicide in Murudeshwar

May 08, 2016 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Murudeshwar: A 16-year-old girl from Murudeshwar reportedly committed suicide while her lover has reportedly injured himself in an attempted suicide bid. As per sources, the girl and the boy, reportedly involved in an affair, allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves from a tree near their house. The boy has been identified as Arvind Keshav Naik (24) and the girl has been identified as Malika Manjunath Naik (16), residents of Biloor in Murudeshwar. However, the girl's family has alleged that Keshav has murdered Malika. A case has been registered at Murudeshwar police station and the police officials are investigating the case. - ARF
