10 Injured in truck-Bus collision in at shiroor

Bhatkallys News Service/ Rizwan Gangavali Bhatkal October 25, 2016: At least 10 people were injured and two faced serious injuries when an speeding Govt. Bus clashed with a Lorry near Shiroor on Tuesday. According to the sources the bus was travelling from Subramania towards Hubli when the accident took place, the lorry was said to be travelling on the opposite direction. The two seriously injured passenger were shifted to an Hospital in Kundapur, who are identified as Dayanand and Malika residents of Awenda and Gotar respectively. Both of them are said to be in critical at the Kundapur Hospital. During the course, the drivers of both the vehicles had minor injuries who are identified as Maruthi Kumar Mestha and Manjunath. Other injured passengers have been discharged from the hospital after First Aid.
