1 dies in a road accident near Mudbhatkal bypass

Bhatkal - 27 Jan 2011: A motorist died on the spot when his scooter lost control and rammed into the bus coming from opposite direction. The accident took place at around 2:30 pm at Mankulli cross near Mudbhatkal bypass. The deceased has been identified as Raju Mastappa Naik (27), a resident of Kadvinkatte. The dead body was handed over to his relatives after conducting post-mortem at Bhatkal Govt Hospital. A case has been registered in Bhatkal town police station.
