1 died, 4 injured in road accident near Salem

Bhatkal - 1 died, 4 injured in a road accident when an Innova car in which 5 youths (3 from Bhatkal) were travelling rammed into a bus in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

According to the sources, 5 youths were returning back to Bangalore after a trip to Munnar, Kerala. The accident occurred at 3:30 am when the vehicle they were travelling lost control and hit the bus on Chennai-Bangalore highway near Salem.

The deceased have been identified as Zameer (22) from Bangalore and the injured have been identified as Azad (21) from Bangalore and Ehab Shabandri, Ayub Khalifa, Moulvi Taimur Gawai from Bhatkal. The condition of Ayub Khalifa is very critical.
