Spend life like Ramadan, Death will be like Eid: Maulana Syed Hashim Nadvi

Lord (Allaah) that we worship during Ramadan is the same Lord (Allaah) that exists even after Ramadan. If we spend our entire life like how we spend during Ramadan, our death will be like Eid." - This thought was expressed by Maulana Syed Hashim Nadvi in a function held after Khatam-Quran (Quran recitation conclusion) in Makhdoomia Jamia Masjid. Speaking at the function, maulana said that Quran is the word of Allaah and had Allaah sent down this Quran on a mountain, we would certainly have seen it falling down and splitting asunder, because of the fear of God. Allaah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'ala says "And assuredly We have made the Quran easy for admonition" [Quran 54:17]. Hence, we should try to understand what Allaah (SWT) says in the Quran and should implement its teachings in our lives. Apart from him, Imam and Khateeb - Makhdoomia Jamia Masjid, Maulana Niamatullaah Askeri Nadvi also expressed his thoughts. Responsible members and residents of the locality were present on this occasion.
