A bright future for Bhatkalli girls

Just when one thought can Anjuman shine brighter, three stars emerged to prove that it can. Three girls from Anjuman, Aysha Mohammad Ibrahim Patel, Sadrunnisa Barmawar Syed Samiullah and Aysha Urooj Mohammed Irfan Ajaib who scored 94.33 per cent in PUC 2 exams, share their excitement with Bhatkallys.com writer Sahifa S.M. “I was expecting more than what I scored. I wanted to cry out of disappointment but my father encouraged me a lot. My family’s happiness was so contagious that it sufficed me,” says Aysha Patel, who believes in keeping calm during exam prep rather than taking stress. She plans on taking the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) to fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor and helping those who cannot afford basic healthcare. “Don’t study for good grades but study for wisdom and make sure that you enjoy what you read. I believe that you cannot excel at something you don’t enjoy. Believe in yourself because when you have belief, everything else will follow. All you need is patience and faith”, continues Aysha, as she shared a message to future students. Sadrunnisa Barmawar, daughter of Nawayti poet Samiullah Barmawar who excelled in Commerce, aspires to be an IAS officer. Along with reading course books for 4 to 5 hours daily, she also spends her time playing sports and reading books. “I want to serve the nation. My father is my pillar of strength and he encourages me a lot. No matter what the situation is, I know my family will always support me,”she says. “I would love to tell future students to work hard to reach to the place where they want to be. Study regularly and most importantly, for parents, you have to support your children and encourage them.” “When I came to know that I secured the first place in Arts, I was dumbfounded. I couldn’t stop thanking Allah for bestowing His blessings on me”, says Aysha Urooj  with excitement. She has decided to pursue a degree in Arts so that she can become a lecturer in psychology. Every day, she studies for four hours and believes hard work is key to success. “Dear students, obey your parents and teachers. Work hard and never give up in life”, says Aysha Urooj.
